Hello Everyone,
I am Anu from Sri Lanka. I am a seller on amazon. When I connected my amazon store with ebay using joelister, I managed to get a good amount of sales in few days. But since PayPal doesn't allow Sri Lankan account to receive money ( due to a policy of the country), the sales are not completed.
Therefore currently I am unable to sell on ebay. Can someone please advice me on what to do?
Thanks and regards,

In our country if a sale is not completed that means no sale.

I don't know what policy of your country prevents you from receiving money, but it is strange that Amazon doesn't have a problem with it.

It's a PayPal problem, you can only send money, you can't receive in Sri Lanka.
You would need to register on another PayPal in a country where you can receive payments. You would need a valid address and a local bank account.
There are some intermediary companies that can act as your agent but I don't know the specifics.
eBay will be replacing PayPal (for sellers) using their own Managed Payments system, it's possible that the restrictions that PayPal have will go away with Managed Payments (I don't know). Currently only a small number of sellers are in the program but it will be expanding a lot this year, at this time it's only available for listings on .com and shortly .au

Thanks @slippinjimmy. Well, I hope to find a solution soon. Will search for the third party companies you mentioned.

Paypal is not available through those sellers on Managed Payments, but supposedly that will change and it will be added to Managed Payments in the summer of 2019.
