Well, you could always Message the legitmate seller... since they're probably the only one eBay will believe... and they'll probably get in trouble for you attempting an off-eBay transaction, or something!

The actual (original) seller's name is visible in the description, as well as getting truncated at the end of the title. I assume that these scam listings are generated via bot scripts, and the scammer doesn't actually lay eyes on each individual scam listing (which always seems to be the only item sold by that particular throwaway account). Being in China, the scammer may not even be able to read English anyway, of course.
Unfortunately these scam listings seem to be popping up on an automated basis, and eBay needs some automated way of detecting them. (I know: Good luck with that... )
