I have 163 things listed. Ebay says 162 qualify for Top Rated status. Is there a way to single out that one that isn't? (please, no variations of "Read the Top Rated Requirements", that's not what I'm asking)

You are actually TRS+ so it's probably the one with the incorrect return policy.

Update: I just looked at all of your listings and all have the TRS+ banner and all have free returns so probably a glitch.

eBay sends me messages every week or so letting me know which listings need to be changed to achieve TRS status. Maybe check your messages & see if you have one that shows the offending item.

You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. We must be cautious.

Top Rated is a SELLER status that you either have or you don't.

Top Rated Plus is a LISTING status that is awarded on a listing-by-listing basis.

I think you are referring to Top Rated PLUS status. (Using them interchangeably can cause confusion.)
