Hi, all my listings can not be searched yesterday, I can't see them on my store, I had to call the ebay for help, the staff said my account status is normal and they don't know why all my lists can't be searched, they said it was a problem with the ebay system and asked me to wait 48 hours, but up to now, nothing happened, I can't sell anything yet.

I didn't do anything wrong, I just can see my listings on Seller Hub, who can help me, thank you !!!

I see 32 items you have listed that ship to my location.

Make sure you have not changed the location you use to calculate shipping.

I searched your items just how I would and not using the exact titles & they showed up just fine. Is your traffic showing absolute zero across the board? If so then I would worry but if not then don't worry and continue listing. Also, how do you know your listings cannot be searched? Have multiple people contacted you saying so? Have you tried looking them up on other devices? I'm confused, just because you can't see them in your store doesn't mean they aren't searchable. Sometimes eBay can glitch and that happens in your store on your end but that doesn't mean they aren't searchable for other buyers so don't worry or spend to much time on it. I can see your items just fine when I search. I typed in "Nintendo switch controller original" & your listing for "Nintendo Switch Original Joy Con Controller - Left or Right was on the first page 5th from the top which is pretty dang good for rankings. I wouldn't worry to much.

I see 30 listings for you, and a number of policy violations in your listings. You need to address those immediately or eBay will shut you down.

The most egregious violations are 1) including your contact information in the description, and 2) listing an off-eBay website address. Worst of all, 3) inviting readers to bypass eBay to contact you directly for repair services. There are other problems but those are the most glaring. Fix those right away or risk permanent suspension.

As others are saying I also can see all of your listings from my end.

On the other hand I have my top selling item “invisible” from the search and from my store since Wednesday. ..even if you search for it by item number nothing comes up

The item does show if you use the link but if you search for it by item number, it doesn’t appear to exist. It can’t be seen by searching key words in their store either.
