All Transactions Reports Under Payments tab - Missing Transactions?

I'm studying this report that's supposed to show me all sales activity for my store, and it looks like it's missing some of the Shipping Label transactions. Some orders have them, but I've found one (which was definitely shipped 3  months ago) and the label purchase isn't on the detail.

It's also odd that some Shipping Label records are tied to the Order Number with blank Item ID, and others are the opposite, an item ID with a blank Order Number.

Is there a different report we can get that shows every transaction tied to all orders over a specific period of time?

Interesting.  I've been at this a long time, I've never had the need to compare that information.  The only time I'm concerned is when a buyer notifies me their item has not arrived, then I react swiftly to try and track down their package through my carrier.  The tracking number has always been available for me, so I've never had any concern on that.

May I ask why you use the Detailed Transaction report to compare or make sure this info is there?  What does that do for you?

I have had no problem with the reports under the Payment Tab in the Seller Hub.  All my info appears to be there.

I've always recommended that sellers should keep their own records.  The Ebay reports are meant to be a way to check and validate your own records.  They are not meant to be your entire records.  Ebay is not our bookkeeper nor do they claim to be.

You're asking why I'd need this data? For tax filing, to see how the business is doing, etc. This is pretty standard stuff. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a platform to give you the details on your transactions happening on their site.

What I think is very unreasonable is to expect to enter this stuff manually in my own books after each transaction. Is that what you're recommending?

I did not say you were being "unreasonable", all I did was ask a question.  No need to make more of it than intended.  I was only trying to better understand so that I might better help you.  But since that was too much to ask without you getting upset, I'll just leave you to it.  Maybe someone else will come along that wants to spend their personal time to help you.
