Returns aren't the problem,but I would like a little bit of time to think about it. Afterall the buyers had the item for 8 days and just now discovered a sharp spot on it and cut their finger I can't imagine the hughmanatee they are dealing with this evening probably should flip them a extra 20 bucks for lack of consortium...

I just had a SNAD that was not automatically accepted. I was able to accept later after looking and send my own label.

Do you have RMA numbers turned on? If you turn on the ability to issue RMA's the system is supposed to allow you to do that and then accept the request yourself.

No one said they needed more compensation. Huge manatees are wherever one may see them, though...

Maybe no returns would serve you better.  Just a thought.  Then you can take all the time you want when the SNAD comes in.  

Or you can require an RMA as someone suggested.

It's great that you haven't had any SNADS since Fall of last year, since this surprised you, though.

moo I don't have anything turned on I never expect to get SNADs because I don't miss arriving smashed yes that happens SNAD not on my watch...

Go to your return preferences and enable RMA's. That will allow you to issue a RMA number and handle all your own stuff.

That's a fact. I use 2 different sizes.

Mine was a security label switcher who wanted a partial. And they ultimately refused to send back the whole order and closed the case themselves.

It will arrive back smashed folks sending items back care less how its packaged and ebay cares even less how a item arrives back or if it ever does come back...

Yup. Smashed and the buyer still gets at least half their money back. And then call mama ebay for the rest.
