eBay doesn't determine what's antique versus vintage or question the descriptive words in your descriptions.

eBay sets their definition of "vintage" at 20 years.

According to research on the Internet, antiques are over 100 years old, and vintage items are at least 20 years old. That means anything you have that was made prior to 1923 is antique, and anything between 1923 and 2003 is vintage.
There is a term called retro, but it is an item that is made recently to look vintage or antique and is priced a lot less than an actual vintage or antique item that it mimics.

As a seller of vintage and antiques items, it's a question I hear a lot. This is just a general idea of what we've determined on our own:
Vintage: 1970's-2000's
Mid-Century: 1940's-1960's
Antique: 1900's-1930's
Primitives: 19th C.
