I’ve had two of the same items for sale but they were listed separately, with different prices. The same 0% feedback buyer has bought both.

They have paid, but one PayPal address is different to the other, and the recipient of either address doesn’t match the payee name?

should I worry and cancel the orders?

If the money is in your PayPal account and the addresses are verified by PayPal and eBay, ship.

They may want the items shipped to different addresses so are doing it this way - as long as you ship to the addresses on record and the money is in MP or PP, you'll be good.

You can have alternate shipping addresses with PayPal, like if you want to send someone a gift. As long as eBay tells you (or paypal) to ship to the address, ship to the address. DO NOT ship to addresses other than the ebay system tells you to.
