Under the Advertising Dashboard, I am currently running a Promoted Listing Standard campaign for some of my listings. The campaign went into effect on December 16th, 2023 and I accidently have the campaign set at the suggested daily ad rate, which can be upwards of 15% for some listings. My issue is I cannot edit, pause or end the campaign, the option to do so is greyed out. I contacted eBay Customer Service 3 different times. The first time they acknowledged there is a problem but rest assured they will fix it. After not fixing it, I contacted them a 2nd time. 2nd time I contacted them they told me to just clear my browser cache and it should fix it. That did not work. The third time I was told I just need to be patient because I have a lot of listings and it is just catching up and the option to end or edit the campaign will be available. There is still no option to edit, end or pause the campaign and nobody at eBay seems to be able to suggest a fix or willing to help in any way. Therefore, I continue to be charged their daily suggested ad rate with no option to pause, end or edit the campaign.
Any suggestions?
