How come some of my vintage paperbacks are taken down as not fitting guidelines when there are hundreds of dealers listing the same type books. Hundreds online as we speak ?

Same reason the cop can only pull over 1 person doing 90 on the freeway. 

Everyone's time will come should they continue doing xx.

Just because you see others selling this type of reading material does not mean it's ok.

I would not attempt to relist.

As fast as ebay takes them down new listings pop back up like a game of whack a mole.
