I have unopened adult toys in those plastic molded packages that takes a pair of scissors or an alligator to open, so there is NO question they are unused, and I heard you could sell them on Ebay in adult. I just don't know how to list them like "Adult Novelty" and am I protected because I don't know who is buying my items. I don't want to sell them to a minor but I have no way of knowing who is actually paying for and buying them.
