eBay is now placing ads in the middle of middle of my listing. I am NOT SELLING OR ENDORSING Insurance, I do not want this affliated with my ID or my business name. I thought eBay was going to REMOVE all outside garbage, NOPE just moved it!

You should be more worried about the ads on the right side and bottom of your listings for another seller for the same items you are selling at a much cheaper price.

You may not even see the ads but potential buyers do.

I don't see any third party ads on the listings I checked. Turned off my adblock and still don't see any. Were it me, I would be doing a malware/spyware scan.
