Address mess up

So some how when I was doing my labels I got one done and then went to do the next one and did not catch that the label had the address for the person in front of them so I contacted the lady and this is the drama that has been going on for weeks. Needless to say she kept the item and never forwarded it on to the right buyer. I am so furious right now with dishonest people. I hope karma bites her in the butt.

I apologize but I checked with my husband and he says only one package came in and that was the shirt I ordered and paid for. I’ve searched my house on the off chance he put the package you say you sent somewhere else and it’s not there. I noticed the request on PayPal. I paid for the shirt I ordered. I’ll not pay for someone else’s mistake. I do not have your item and I would like for you to leave me alone.

Can you let me know when it does go out she feels like I am scamming her on the item so she got ebay now involved with the whole issue and thank god was told there was a glitch in their shipping that day and that was messing up labels. Thanks again.

Per my last email. I was out of town. I do not check my eBay account daily. So, no, I was not able to handle that "asap". I am sorry you sent the shirt to me. However, I'm not sure how I am to blame. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find the shirt. I will continue to look for it. I just got home. I have no clue if my husband threw it in the laundry or in a closet. You have not been my first priority as I have a life, children, and responsibilities as well. As soon as I locate it I'll send it out.

This is the message from the rightful buyer of the Maternity purple shirt can you please ship it out to her you have received the now third package from me a week ago and still no response and no movement if you are keeping it I will need to collect 20.82 from you for this item so I can reimburse the other lady. I have proof it was delivered there and I have been very very patient on this whole issue. I would have expected some response if it was me in this situation I would have been taking care of this asap and getting it out to the rightful owner I have an extremely busy schedule with seven children and I don't have time for all this.

New message from:
Hi there, thank you so much for checking in...as
Of now I haven’t gotten the shirt yet. The tracking on eBay shows only the pre-label has been made and it is awaiting to be shipped. Hmmm? Maybe she hasn’t sent it yet? Maybe she’s going to keep it?
I love the shirt so I hope she follows through.

I apologize. I’m out of town this week. I will check with my husband and let you know.

Re: Address mess up

Leave them alone!

First, you should have asked the buyer that if they receive the extra shirt, to please send it back to you. Then you send it to the correct buyer.

Instead you practically order them and expect them to resend it to someone else, ASAP!

They tell you they haven't received it.

Then you tell the buyer that they owe you money for a item they didn't buy?

At that point the buyer is pretty annoyed at your demands of their time. Then you told someone it was a shipping glitch? Because you didn't notice the address?

Your messages are a bit confusing as to whom said what, but the last message is the first, I think.

The buyer says they didn't get it and even if they did, they are under no obligation to send it back, let alone waste their time sending it to someone else. They paid and bought a shirt from you and you are blaming them for your mistake. They have done nothing wrong that I can see. It's your drama, not theirs.
