And for each type of listing, i.e., auction or fixed price.
In true eBay style they have made it as confusing as possible with two different but overlapping lists: one for auction format free insertions and a separate list of categories for the bonus fixed price free insertions that you asked about. And in the list of categories eligible for extra fixed price free insertions, note that a few of them are very specific sub-sub-catgories, not the whole category (e.g., Home & Garden > Greeting Cards & Party Supply > Party Supplies).
