Contacting eBay

Helllo, eBay community!

I am writing this, because my account was put on hold during the 'rona virus, when I made just over a grand for selling N95 masks. I was shut down by eBay whom started doing the exact same thing as I was doing.  Now, I can not get a hold of eBay at all! I was willing to try and come to an agreement as to how much they think I could pay, without breaking my bank. Any idea , the number to get a hold of eBay? I remember getting a code back in the day, in 2019. Now, it just simply seems impossible. 😞

Are you saying that you got suspended because you owe eBay money?

Contacting eBay

You'd have to contact them using the Help & Contact link on any eBay page and begin a chat, then if you want, request a callback, or contact them via Facebook or Twitter on their @ebayforbusiness page (that's often better, the agents there are well trained and you also get a transcript). That said, I'm not sure you can expect to have any resolution to that issue.  The people shut down for that have not usually gotten their accounts back from what I've seen, and any new account will just be shut down immediately.

You want to bribe them?

There is no contact number for ebay.  You would need to contact them on social media (ebay for business on facebook preferred), or at the bottom of this page under the help and contact heading, and an agent will call you back.  Not following you on how "ebay whom started doing the same thing", as ebay doesn't sell anything.

If you were part of the N95 price gouging on here, you're pretty much a black sheep.

If they shut you down, it's probably for good.

Each Ebay page has a link at the top and again at the bottom to get you to Customer Service.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service.  Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is.  Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message.  It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

https://www.facebook.com/eBay/

https://www.instagram.com/ebayforsellers/

Your options will be on the left.  If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options.  Not all options are available 24/7.  It will depend on staffing available.  So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't.  Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me.  If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.

If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.

If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.
