Additional Listing Fees

While attempting to discount prices on a few of my listings, I noticed before submitting there is now a .30 cents fee to do this.  Is this an error or has there been a recent change?  The listings still had time left before ending.  Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this.

I'm sure that it is a glitch. Are you using bulk edit?

This is the second post that I have seen today concerning.  I believe it's a glitch, as I updated several of my listings today and was not charged.  This issue needs to be addressed and fixed.
