hello all,
so iam new here as a seller, I start to sell on the first of May, I added one product on May, and after a month I removed it , I tried to add some new products but keep getting
"Unfortunately, you're not currently eligible for a selling limit increase. You've only listed or sold 0 items of your 10 monthly limit. You can list or sell up to $500.00 more to reach your $500.00 monthly limit. If you're planning to increase your selling activity or list one or more higher value items, you'll need to contact an agent to provide additional details to increase your limits. Learn more."
I talked with some employe in ebay using the chat option , and he told me that there is a problem in their systems, that happened in June , now after one month I am trying to add some products and keep getting the same message , and sent them mail today hope there will response, anyone have a clue what the hell is going here?

Maybe try eBay for business on Facebook or twitter?
Maybe try having eBay call you as the chat is not the best way sometimes to give a REP all the information they need

What are you trying to sell that you're bumping up against a $500 limit with just 1 listing?
Perhaps start with lower dollar valued items and slowly build where you need to be?
Good luck. All new Sellers start with selling levels - even seasoned ones who took a hiatus.

The eBay U.S. site is showing you are registered to sell from Israel.
eBay U.S. might have different restrictions when someone is trying to sell on their site from
outside the United States.
As mentioned, you could try contacting eBay for Business on Facebook, which is also in the U.S.
They would need your eBay ID, email address, and country code.
Give them a day or so to respond.

Are you sure the issue is the selling limit?
You have signed up for managed payments, correct? Connected a checking account to your Seller Account, etc?

yes , and i sync it with Payoneer, and set paypall account , all the account setting as a seller are fine.
strange....

Not sure - as you are in Israel and this is a US board.
Payoneer is new for many due to the recent changes and we are not well versed here in the US with Payoneer.

How many quantity? eBay selling limits come in both Dollar Amount and Quantity Count types.
Dollar Amount limit is a measure of the starting bid/asking price for each listing multiplied by the quantity listed. It includes all currently running listings AND all sold listings for the calendar month.
Quantity Count limit is easier - it's a simple tally of the total units posted plus the total units sold-this-month.
If you are trying to list 100 units of that $6 item, you have a Dollar Amount of $600 for the attempted listing, which exceeds your $500/month Dollar Amount Limit. Drop your quantity - say to 20-25 and see if that doesn't let the posting proceed.
