Hello, I was hoping somebody might have some insight. I recently switched our advertising from a "Fixed ad rate" campaign to a "Dynamic ad rate" campaign. When setting up the original campaign I am able to add listings to it, but am unable to ad them to that existing Dynamic campaign afterwards. Neither in the "edit listing" screen, not on the Active Listings Sell it Faster -> Promote option. When trying the option from Active Listings, the existing campaign in question is simply not in the list, and it creates a new one every time. Furthermore, I am unable to edit the existing campaign to add them there either.
I can see no reason why this would be happening. I haven't set any kind of limitations within the campaign that would prevent adding new listings.. in fact, when opening the campaign it states the following: Your campaign will automatically include listings in all categories priced all prices from all brands that are all conditions.
It's not doing it automatically, nor can I do it manually. Been trying to figure this out for most of the day.
