Adding a ebay message signature

Does anyone know how to add an ebay signature in 2023, it appears mine has been taken off and the old ways / videos ive watched do no relate anymore? thank you

What exactly do you mean by "Ebay signature"?  Do you mean a signature line on your posts here in the Community.  If so you can do that in your preferences for the Community.  Just go to your avatar on the upper right of the page and click on it.  From the menu that appears, select My settings.  

Look at your options carefully, there are a lot of different options for a lot of different things related to the Community.

You are talking about a signature on eBay messages that you send to a buyer?   I had a look too and couldn’t  find it either although I do remember seeing the option years ago.

I only have one.  I called it PURR.  To "run it", I click right above this line in the dialog box.

I'm sure there are more sophisticated uses, mine is very simple and I need to refine it a bit...and I forget to use it most of the time.  😃

In the first post on this thread I described the Community set up and where to find it.  There are all kinds of things you can do in the set up.  You can set how many posts you want to see per page, oldest post first or last, macros, signature line and all kinds of other stuff.  It is worthwhile to set aside some time and just go through each tab and the sub tabs there are under set up.  Just click on your avatar in the upper right corner of the page and select Set Up from the menu.

I personally use macros all the time.  You can see in the tool bar on each post that there is an option to select a Macro.  There is a down arrow beside the word Macro so you can go in and select the specific Macro you set up to be used in your post.  

For example, this is one of my Macros.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Yes I meant, this in the eBay messages. I spoke W the an eBay rep via love chat and supposedly it's been phased out.
