Adding a Country to the Category Listings, i.e., for Stamps and Postcards

I sell primarily 'Sudan' stamps, yet I have to choose 'Other African Countries' as my Category.

Yet I see many, many small, virtually insignificant countries with their own 'Category'.

Why is it that Sudan, a large and influential country, does not have its' own Category?

Is there some way to get eBay to add Sudan as a stand alone category?
