No. You will inconvenience and possibly anger the bidders you cancel, and there's a good chance they won't come back to the new listing. You might send them a message indicating that you have added information to the listing. Also, there's a fee for canceling an auction after it has received bids, which eBay has imposed in order to discourage this.
