Add missing item location ZIP Code

Hi.

I'm from Sri Lanka. I have list an item in auction style. But they are saying that, I have missed the item location ZIP code. But in Sri Lanka, we don't have ZIP codes. We have Postal codes. If anyone can give a solution for my problem, I would be appreciate.

A zip code is what we call a postal code in the US.

You do not have a ZIP Code.

There are two versions of the eBay listing form. The "Quick" version assumes that the user is in the United States and requires a ZIP Code as the location.  Since you are not in the US, you must use the Advanced version of the listing form (sometimes called the business tool), which has a drop-down list of countries in the location section.
