Add Tracking Number

@super_goods_599   Yes, you need to have the tracking number on ALL items you sell like that to the same Buyer for delivery confirmation.  You can add it manually to the other orders.

The other way to do it is you click the Print label link on one of the items.  The label flow will open and immediately look in the upper right hand corner for the link to Print labels in Bulk.  All purchases will come up on the next page.  Check those that do NOT apply to the specific Buyer and Remove them.  Whats left is just that Buyer's multiple purchases.  Check them all and use the Combine function next.  This will let you change the weight, dimensions and shipping method and print one label and the system will automatically add the tracking number to all the items for you.

@super_goods_599  Yes, and it's very necessary that you add the tracking number to each  listing - that can be done through your 'orders' tab, under the listing title itself (+add tracking).

@chapeau-noir Thank you!!!

Is it appropriate to add the same tracking number I want to know to several orders received by one buyer?

Add Tracking Number

Yes.   You MUST do it that way or else it will affect your account.  You must have tracking on every transaction.  Just mark it as shipped & add the tracking number.  If all the items were in the same box, then yes, they have the same tracking number.

Add Tracking Number

@super_goods_599  Yes - if these several orders are all being shipped in the same package, you would then need to add the tracking number of that one package to each of those orders.
