I want to ask how to add GPSR information (product manufacturer) to multiple listings.
I ask because standard procedure that was provided by ebay for edit multiple listings is not working
Here is ebay described procedure that is not working.

If I select several listings which I want to add GPSR information, when click “bulk edit” and then select “Item disclosures” it shows me that “No selected listing is eligible for this action.”
As I already tested, this procedure works only if GPSR information is already added and you want to edit it.
So, can you please advise me how to add GPSR information to multiple listing at once
