So what is this now, eBay? I received this message about cancelling orders. When I called eBay cs they said it's just a "reminder". A reminder of what? I did cancel ONE order a couple months ago because the same buyer keeps buying from me on 4 different IDs and left a negative on one purchase. This is a "buyer" who buys my items and lists them for 5x what they bought them for. Which is what it is but don't leave me negative to screw up my sales and then list the item you bought for a ton more. Anyway, does anyone know what this "reminder" means?

eBay gives the seller a defect unless the buyer requests to cancel.
Seems like they're a little late with the message.

Are you making sure to report every transaction with same buyer and let them know you are canceling because they are violating eBay policy by avoiding BBL? Also make sure to list all usernames in the report.
Should be reporting every transaction.

Unless it's issue with a buyers address, which is the reason someone should use if someone is bypassing BBL.
This reason does not give a defect.
