Started on June 28th. I had about 500 Listings on my Overview page but if you click on my Store it shows 0 Items. If you search a particular item I have for sale, It doesn't show up in Search Results either. Called everyday from June 29th - July 4th and was told there was a bug in the system and would be fixed within 24 hours. Half of those days they opened and "expedited" ticket since it had been ongoing. On July 5th, I was told the bug was ongoing and would be 3-5 days before fixed with another "expedited" ticket opened. Still after the full 5 days......NOTHING. My sales have dropped 60% in the 2 weeks that my items haven't shown up in search results. Just curious if anyone else is experiencing the same issue as they have told me there are MANY affected users. Tired of getting the run-around from useless Ebay customer service reps and nothing being done. Thinking about making a complete move from Ebay to Amazon.
Don't know if this could have anything to do with it..........But when I click on one of your sold items, it shows seller away until July 17 .........do you perhaps have the away message with the no sales terms?
I actually am on vacation until 7/17 and just created the vacation mode today 7/11. I have my vacation mode set up to still sell items with the delay in shipping. But this issue has been going on for almost 2 weeks before i created my vacation settings.
It was just a shot..........one other thing to try which sounds ridiculous, but worked for 2 others that had the problem......edit to enable Immediate payments......
