Hello!
Question from a fairly new eBay seller:
My friend has inherited a huge collection of Barbie Dolls (832) and other collectibles. She and I have partnered up to sell the ones that she can't keep. We live in different cities in Washington State and each have inventory that is shipped from these (2) zip codes. We would like to filter the active listings by item location but haven't seen a report that includes that field from the listing. Any suggestions on how to produce a report filtered by item location?

I assume that these are these being sold under the same seller ID? The only way I can think off is that in the Custom Label (SKU) column you pick a code for one city (A - fir example) and a separate code for the other (B - for example). Then when you bring up the list you sort by Custom Label (SKU). For this to work the code would have to be the FIRST letter of of the label.
All the A would appear first, followed by all the B

When I moved not all my listings got the message and as a result some eight years later some of my older listings still say I ship from Ontario instead of British Columbia.
If you are holding Barbie A and shipping from your location, make out the selling form and put your location in as the doll's location.
Meanwhile your friend holds Barbie B and is shipping from her location, so she makes out the selling form and puts in her location as the doll's location.
For inventory checks you could assign an inventory number (or alphanumerical code) to each doll, with ABC123 -ABC098 (eg) as your codes and XYZ123-XYZ098 as hers then put those in the titles.
Your Search would be Selling-> Listings-> Active Listings-> Item title-> Contains-> ABC (or XYZ)

Not sure exactly what type of report you are looking for, your individual zip codes, or how far apart you are, but if you bring up all your listings on the left side there is a search selection criteria that allows you to search within a radius of xx miles from a given zip code.
A couple of other things since you are a new seller. Your listings specify that seller does not accept returns. You need to read and understand the MBG and realize this does NOT equate to no refunds.
You seem to be doing pretty well for a new seller having only been on since 22 November and racking up 233 sales in the last 90 days. I noticed you utilize the OBO on a lot of your listings which works well for some but I quit using a long time ago. I simply got tired of having to deal with and respond the constant number of offers and had better things to do with my time.

Don't forget that in 2023, the sales you make will be probably be reported on a 1099-K form to the IRS.
So make sure you keep good records of which stuff came from your friend and how much money she gets from the sale, so that you deduct that on your taxes. You do not want to pay taxes on her income!
