Hello, I think you must be using a language translator program to write your message, but I'm sorry to tell you that it is not understandable. You might want to try to write it a different way to make it more understandable.

If you are saying that eBay is holding your payout, then it is true that eBay holds payment for a period of time, up to 30 days for new sellers, but the seller is still expected to ship the item on time. I don't know if that is your problem though. Good luck.

Did you receive an email from eBay stating why your account been restricted? Did you contact customer service? No one here on this forum can re instate your account.  Contact customer service and see if they can help.

They restricted my account without telling me the reason. if you can see my account everything is in order. I tried to contact the customer service and they asked me to send my personal papers....is there an address where I can contact their decision and recover my blocked money for more only 15 days

Did you mean receipts for those designer items you were selling? Were those actually your personal items? You have a lot of different sizes listed.  The only other thing I can think of is that perhaps the authenticity of those items may have come into question.  Lots of counterfeits on eBay and eBay has been advised to crack down.  I wish I could help you, but it looks like your selling days are done.  So sorry.

What type of personal papers do they ask for?

Have you successfully linked a Payoneer account to eBay?

After linking did eBay send you an email saying you're all set and tell you how many items you could list? Example, 10 items per month up to $500 per month? 

Is the paperwork they are asking for is proof of your identity or are they asking for receipts to prove the items you're selling are from authorized distributors?

Can you give us more detail?
