So a friend of mine got his account suspended after seller sent lies to Ebay claiming buyer is scammer, even though it was not the case. Now before blocking he had opened NAD claim, and today it was high time he asked ebay to step in and help. But the button Open a Case did not work, it returned to previous page. Now he sent email to Ebay and got answer since his account is banned, it is no longer part of Money Back Guarantee from Ebay, but he had opened the case before that?? Is that possible?? We are talking about 10 iphones work 10k $...I must mention the message did not end at High Value Items Team but with regular agent. What to do?

He would not be able to open a case at this point. He would need to go back to the original case, and ask eBay to step in from there.
From what you have said, the only explanation is that the original case has been closed. Maybe it timed out because he waited too long, or maybe it was closed for some other reason.
You only get one chance at a case, you can't open multiple cases. That would be completely unfair. You get one chance to get a resolution.

That is very unusual, but eBay does do that sometimes. Normally, only after multiple reports of a buyer making unfair or invalid MBG cases to get a refunds.
There is not usually any way to appeal this.

I feel like I've heard this story before, and very recently.

Is this the same as this thread? https://community.ebay.com/t5/Selling/Account-suspended-after-NAD-item-claim/m-p/33767285#M2217379

Selling 10 iPhones?
What could possibly go wrong?
I'm sure he bought the 10 iPhones for personal use but then decided he didn't need them and decided to sell them on ebay.

Did he have any receipts for those purchases? 10k? Ebay is not that stupid.
Good luck in the future.

What receipts? Seller sent no receipt. But buyer got banned.

@femmefan1946 that just means the thread was removed.

Your post is a bit confusing but if your "friend" was suspended from eBay, although we don't know why, and they are the buyer if they are locked out of eBay and cannot complete or work issues with the NAD case they should contact their CC company and open a NAD chargeback. This may be a major one since it is around $10K and may take several weeks to resolve.

Why was your friend suspended? It's very, very rare that Ebay suspends a buyer? Was the credit card stolen? Why would your friend need 10 iphones? Just curious. I wonder why the other post on the same buyer was closed?
