Account settings still on ebay.com not working from EU countries

Account settings on ebay.com is still not working from CZ, HU and some other countries.

There is only typewriter cursor icon on the place of link and it is not clickable.

Browser does not matter, tried in Chrome, Slimjet, Brave. All the same issue.

Workaround is to log through ebay.co.uk and it works. But this is not what I would expect from serious company 😕
