My account got restricted, but it’s only tells me to go onto contact eBay and I’ll be asked questions, but it hasn’t done. Any help?

Looks like you were selling Apple parts.  From what I've read here, if you're not authorized to sell those parts, they can and will shut you down.  Get hold of the CS via the chat option:

I'm just a crazy American but this is what i would do. I would contact ebay.

You are in the uK.........need to sign in there and then try to contact.........This is the US board for sellers .........and there are probably different rules...........but you definitely need to contact them.
