Hello
I got my account restricted following a high BBE ratio.
Knowing that my profile displays 100% positive feedbacks with 22 positive; 2 neutral and zero negative.
(1) Do I have a chance to get restriction off my seller account?
Or should I understand that my account is permanently closed,
(2) How can I improve my BBE when I'm no more able to make new listing or review the old ones.
All my listings are erased.
(3) How long does this restriction take to be lifted.

I have not read a post where a BBE restricted seller has had their account restored.
We read about sellers being restricted but none show back up saying the restriction was listed.

Your responses to the neutral comments does not help your case. There is never a need to respond to a neutral. Maybe you should have said that you were expecting a negative comment and then offer your thanks..

Bad Buyer Experiences are not based on feedback alone. Were all items as described? Stock images are not as representative as ones you take of the real item. Is everything authentic and not counterfeit? Have you cancelled any sales? Have you had to refund buyers? Shipped late?
It may resolve it self in a year when feedback rolls over, no guarantee.

You still have an active listing. That is a good sign, you have not been banned from selling. Stop listing any items you think may cause you issues. You can't afford any more trouble.
It's hard to say when or if the restriction will be lifted. You just have to wait and see. I will say these often don't end well.

Your eBay ID is the country of Tunisia...and you sold from USA only to the USA...plus sold from Italy and from China and from Taiwan...
You are listed in Tunisia and should be shipping from there...not from all over the world.
I see a lot of problem with the account...
