Account restricted but no messages from eBay why.

I have this restriction on my account but have no messages in my inbox about what action is needed to remove the restriction.

But i havent been given the opportunity to provide any documents or anything to appeal, just been waiting 8 days now.

You are in the UK.......so you'd might get better answers on that board..........this is primarily the US Board.  I do note you have a timeaway message on your account until Jan. 19th.

@curiocatch   Any advice I would give would be based on what has happened here in the US........and what the rules are here.......  things may work differently in the UK.    Here......I would advise to recheck your emails because we know they send them......and if you still can't find any, to try to contact Ebay either thru help or their facebook page.......
