I have this restriction on my account but have no messages in my inbox about what action is needed to remove the restriction.
My account is up to date with bank details, card details etc.
I have tried looking for any help topics but it draws a blank.
There are funds held by eBay from a recent sale (4 days ago) but it won’t let me withdraw them.
I cannot find a phone number to call eBay about this.
I am in the UK.

I would contact eBay on either twitter/facebook. The social media teams are more trained than the Chat and Phone support.

Check your email, typically eBay sends an email when actions like this happen.

Besides reaching out to the agents in ebay for business in facebook or on other platforms, try using the chat feature within the ask for help.....type agent & confirm your contact phone for someone to reach you. Have you ever provided them a front & back copy of your drivers license or ID? You're probably missing some financial details. Contact them right away & good luck!
