Account on hold - please can someone help?

Is there anyway of getting in touch with eBay? They have put my account on hold so all of the things I have sold, I cannot get paid for until after 6th Jan. I am selling things to help with the cost of Christmas. I cannot post the items without the money from the buyer and I cannot give refunds because the money is being held in an eBay account, not one I can access to give back.

As a result of this, I will not be selling on eBay again. I need to get it resolved. The buyers are probably trying to buy Christmas presents themselves. This is absolutely appalling.

please help!

thank you.

Not sure about UK, but I am able to purchase shipping labels with pending funds by scrolling down on the label page to make that selection.

Thank you. What about the cost of postage? Is it covered?

You'll get some ideas on how to connect with eBay from others (usually through Facebook).

But... eBay used to be a place where you could jump in and sell on a whim. No more. Selling on eBay requires planning. We wanted sales for the holiday season as well. So we started 3 months ago.

Even then we didn't get the sales we expected. Or the prices we expected from those that did sell.

With only a couple weeks before Christmas (yikes!) it's really too late to expect much. The holiday buying season will end any moment.

I would never have sold anything on here if I had known.

@edpajak

When you use that feature, it pulls from your 'Processing' payments and you're Payout will be less those funds.
