Account limited message but no instructions

Hello,

When I try to create my first listing, I get this message::
"Your account is currently limited. Go to Messages to find out what you need to do next.{e280710-1244652x}"

However, there are no related messages or alerts in my account.
I already updated my personal information (KYC) and my Payoneer account is approved.

What should I do to resolve this issue?

If you're trying to set up a selling account, have you attached your Payoneer account to Managed Payments?

If you have, has Ebay sent you an email saying your account is ready to start listing?

Don't forget to look for unrelated messages.  Ebay isn't always straightforward. 

"I already updated my personal information (KYC) and my Payoneer account is approved."

If you update one it may affect the other.
