Account limited Error

Hello Guys,

i'm trying to list a phone case, and im receiving an error saying that account is limited, i didn't have any listings for the first place, i only sold an item like 3 years ago or so, my paypal account is still working and it says i have to call the customer service to add more limits,

Any help ?

Yes. Call customer service to add more limits. Seriously, that’s all you can do.

Have you called eBay?

If you haven't sold in 3 years, you are considered "new" again 🙂

This is due to 2 things ... 1) dormant selling (and buying) accounts can be hijacked and 2) the site changes rules for sellers frequently.

If you have been gone a while, you really need to brush up on Seller standards and listing practices.
