Please Help Me,😞

Hello Good Day, Today is a very sad day for me. Since April 1st, I have been selling on eBay without making any mistakes. But I can t believe what happened today. And it s very sad that I spent more of my time on my eBay account. I have also read the policies on eBay. There is also a certificate from eBay School. I wanted to be a good seller on eBay. I did everything I could for that. View the history of my item sales. See how well I have served my customers. I don t know what I did wrong but now my eBay account is restricted. I have done all the activities in eBay by emailing the Customer Service in eBay and waiting for permission. I have also obtained permission before selling Branded Items on eBay. . I also got permission before I started selling on eBay. For some reason, my eBay account has been restricted and the listing has been removed. Can I get this back? If so how can it be obtained?

Sorry for your situation.  It has been posted on these boards many times that drop shipping from China is a VERY risky way to do business.  You do not have control over your inventory nor do you have the items in your possession.  Whom ever your vendor may be in China may not be credible or trust worthy, thus your account has been restricted.  You were told in the letter that your behavior as a seller is poor.  That's not a good sign.  My guess is that the items that you thought you sold were not shipped by your provider in China or you had a few customer complaints.

In any event,  I doubt Ebay will restore your account.  Ebay is very protective of their buyers and only want their buyers to have positive experiences shopping here on Ebay.  If you cannot provide that very important expectation,  your career as a seller will be done.

So sorry this happened to you. Reading the letter eBay sent, they are unhappy with your seller performance and have suspended your account indefinitely. It pains me to say this— being indefinitely restricted means you are done on eBay, with no hope of reinstatement. But eBay isn’t the only game in town, and wish you well in your next venture.

Those Barbies shipped from China you sold were 99,99% fake.

No, I don't do Dropshipping, I have a Wearhouse in China and we also have our Wearhouses in The USA and Japan.

I Can give any Details about wearhouses in China and I can be 100% sure about the quality of the products that I can trust to ship from China.

I think that my eBay account will be restricted because I canceled order 8 more as requested by the customer.😞

So, you bought and paid for all the items you were selling?

We hear it all the time from sellers in Sri Lanka dropshipping, that they have all these warehouses where their stuff is.

Selling counterfeit items in Sri Lanka might be ok, but not here in the US.

No, canceling an item because a buyer requested will not get your account suspended, unless you used that excuse for canceling orders because your dropshipper was out of stock.

Yes, that's fine but your ID states you are in Sri Lanka, so you drop shipping from China. The items you are selling are located and being shipped from that country.  We see it here every day.  I believe you are not familiar with internet sales and this is the result.  Plus many items you were selling were not authentic.  China is the counterfeit capital of the world.

From the looks of the original post, I thought we finally had a Sri Lanka seller that was doing the right thing. From your completed sales and getting a better picture of you, I do not think that is the case. Like @nocoolnamejane pointed out, there is a VERY slim chance those Barbie Queen collectibles were the real deal.  I have to agree that it is 99.99% fake.

The good news is you can still buy stuff. If my account ever got indefinitely suspended from selling but they still let me buy, I'd still be a happy camper.

     If you have warehouses in China, Japan and the US your workers at those facilities should be checking the products they are shipping and ensuring items are shipped on time and to the individual(s) who purchased the items. You have had sold 42 items in the last 90 days if you canceled 8 of these because of customer request that's almost 20% which is a VERY high customer requested cancelation rate. 

     You only have 2 buyer feedbacks since you started selling in April of this year which is not unusual given the low percentage of buyer feedback these days. One of those could just have easily been a neutral or a negative. The other one almost looks like it was faked. 

     You can rest assured that the Barbie's are 100% counterfeit as are most things coming out of China. Your account probably got suspended more from customer complaints, which you may never see, than it did from anything else. How many return requests or NAD cases have you had since you started selling in April? 

     I will give you credit for one thing you lasted longer than most drop shippers selling items out of China last.

Feedback means nothing.  Someone was not happy with their purchase from you, perhaps several buyers. Bad selling behavior is what got you restricted.

A fake Barbie shipped from China, Japan or the US is still a fake Barbie.

And it’s not only prohibited on eBay, it’s illegal to sell and use the USPS to ship fake Barbies in the US.
