I'm facing a significant issue with my eBay account. I tried to change my phone number, and then I was notified that my account has been locked for security reasons due to access from a third-party machine. The message I received was:
"Your account may have been accessed by a third party. In an effort to protect your account, we have put a temporary lock on bidding, selling, and the ability to send messages to other eBay members until we can safely restore your account to you. Please click here to speak with an Account Security Representative."
When I try to call the eBay Account Security Representative, I receive a 7-digit code to enter or say during the call. However, despite trying more than 10 times, the system doesn't recognize the code. I've received this code from eBay, along with the number to call, but every attempt results in the same issue. I waited 24 hours and tried again with a different code, but nothing has changed.
I urgently need help with this matter because my account is paralyzed!
