I can list them individually and sometimes on multiple relists but have gotten this message a few times. What does it mean?

Have you has any glitches with your Managed Payments account? Everything verified and all? If all is good there, then you can probably chalk it up to eBay's stellar programming crew.

Yes, this might be connected to managed payments but I have had no issue getting payments through it on schedule so I do not understand why this is happening.
I can relist the items individually but when I try to list a group at once I get the error message.
Has anyone else had this issue and know how to resolve it?

Yes I am just getting this as well when I tried to relist multiple unsold items. I started managed payments about a few months ago. Hope that someone can help or I have to make a phone call to Ebay.

I had the same problem. Called the help desk and they had no idea what I was talking sbout. Shouldn't they know by now after a month. They said list your 200 one at a time. Changed my setting back to PAYPAL and multiple relists work. Thanks to the user community knowing how to fix a problem.

It's almost mid February and I'm getting the same message on multi relists, but not on single relists. I've been successfully in MP for about 2 months.

Looked at the information in My Account and found that my automatic / backup payment method had been changed to no info. Re-added PayPal and the system allowed me to re-list multiple items, again.

Thank you, infoandy! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have been having this issue for over a week, and multiple phone calls with eBay support could not resolve the issue. A few moments of reviewing my payment options as shown in your link and voila, it's working again. Much appreciated!
