I do not receive the the codes to access my account although I have updated my phone number is correct. I cannot access sensitive areas of my account any more ??? Help

is your phone number listed a cell phone? I went through this with 2 step verification. MUST be a cell phone. Even though they say they will send to e mail that is wrong....according to the 5th rep I talked to afer an hr.
