Hi guys,
Yesterday i created an ebay account to sell an item by auction.
I launched the auction and minutes later i saw that my email was the wrong one and i changed (it was verified right away).
Minutes later Ebay suspended my account and cancelled my auction. I'm trying to contact costumer support but without success...
"We placed a temporary restriction on your selling account because we noticed activity that we believe is a risk to our community. To restore your access, you’ll need to contact us as soon as possible so that we can verify your information. Contact us:

The restriction will remain on your account until we verify your information. Until then, you can’t create new listings. Any active listings were removed and placed in your unsold folder in My eBay. Once we verify your account information, you can start selling again right away. You’ll also be able to relist items from your unsold folder by selecting Relist to the right of the listing."
We appreciate your help verifying your account as quickly as possible.

You just have to wait till they verify it I don't think talking to a cs rep would change that fact. Hopefully they won't take to long to verify your account.

Did you follow the link, read all the information, and verify that your registration for Managed Payments is complete? I.e. you have provided a checking account, etc.?
Have you ever had an eBay account in the past?

This is being done to protect you as a seller. Changing the email address changes where the money goes... Do as they request and it should be fine. If you don't they will be suspect of you, especially if this was a big ticket item.

The problem is - when i follow the steps the process stops here (in portuguese says - confirme your identity to continue...) and the image

It sounds like it may also be related to managed payments

email address has nothing to do with where money goes under Managed Payments. None. Zip.
