I have the following case:
In the beginning I didn't know exactly how things work and I made a private account, but because I had a limit of sales and products I could list for sale, I decided to make a business account.
I created a business account and it was limited, but I didn't know at the time that the reason was that if I wanted to sell the items in Germany I had to have a German VAT number.
Before I found out about the German VAT number I made a few more accounts which were restricted.
The last account I made was a business account and at the beginning I entered my Bulgarian VAT number, but it didn't work either and I couldn't sell on the German market. After a few conversations with e-bay representatives, I found out that without a German VAT number I cannot sell in Germany.
I registered the company in Germany, they provided me with a German VAT number and I entered it in e-bay, they removed the restrictions on the account and I even made a few sales without any problem.
Yesterday, I received messages from e-bay, that my account is restricted and they removed all my listings.
After several conversations with e-bay representatives, they told me that the restriction is permanent and there is no way they can remove it.
I understand the mistake with the previous accounts, but I didn't do anything to defraud, I just didn't know how things were.
I want to ask you:
Is there any way to get the restrictions off my last business account?
Is there any chance to sell on e-bay with this company at all?
