Start by doing exactly what eBay told you to do in their message stating: "Here's What You Should Do".

They probably want to know about the junk you're dropshipping from China.

Your DSR rates is messed up.!!

You need to give reasons to ebay to keep out your account from permanently suspended.

Just follow these four steps:

1) scroll back up to the message from eBay that you posted

2) read the message from eBay that you posted

3) Find the section that says "Here's what you should do"

3) do what is says that you should do

eBay told you exactly what to do which was to contact them at once. Did you do that? What was the outcome ?

EBay does not suspend sellers based on DSR’s.

yes i know.

But after i checked his DSR's ratings, i concluded that he received many defects and cases which caused his account to been restricted.

DSR's means (Detailed seller ratings) the ratings stars that sellers receive from buyers
