We don't have any option that would be similar to "Close the transaction", so I can't imagine exactly what that means. Had the buyer already paid? If you didn't Cancel the transaction (which I suppose could be the same meaning) and refund the buyer, then there's no issue. You should be able to check your transactions page to see that, though I don't know exactly how that will look on the Italian site.
