Access denied to community chat. Why?

In 15 years of selling on eBay, we have never had to use the public forum.

I am responsible for using it but I am an idiot when it comes to using computers.

We, especially me, would appreciate any help you can give us.

I sent used ASK A MENTOR Saturday but today we get a message saying "Access denied to community chat."

Why?

What is a message tag?

you might check to be sure you are signed in...........look in upper right hand corner.....if you see an outline of a person.......you need to sign in, if it's your avatar, you are signed in........

The four posts you made in Ask a Mentor are still there.

In AM you can only reply to those posts where you were the OP [original question poster]

Only Mentors can post on ANY thread and answer/comment on any posts on the Ask a Mentor board
