Accepting return

I have accepted a return. I do not see the option to buy a return label for the buyer. Is that something Ebay has taken care of automatically since I accepted it?

Go into the return case (my ebay, selling, open returns). If a label hasn't been sent, it should say so and give you an option to send one through eBay or arrange your own shipping. The site is riddled with more glitches than normal today so it may be related to that.
