Well, I called. They credited the account some number that I couldn't even understand that they arrived to but trying to understand the rep was so painful I just wanted off the phone.

She could see it happened and couldn't tell me why or how.

Apparently I was the only call she's had for this issue.

@junkintrunkvintage That's very odd and I'm glad you got it sorted. Was the buyer also credited for the difference or had they not paid yet? Are they able to pay the BO amount?

I refunded the buyer through Paypal because she was concerned. It was never actually fixed to reflect the correct price. I probably should have pushed for that but it isn't a high ticket item. Just enough to be annoying. I had already accepted less than I really wanted to and didn't want to chip away more at my profit for no valid reason.
