Not sure of your prognosis for success. I know that sounds cranky, but tutorials are all over the site and fairly easy to find. And, EBay has a pretty big learning curve.
You can type about any topic here:

Please, stop with the questions and do some research - once you research you can ask for clarification.
It is my opinion that if you can not even put effort in to ryour own esearch you will never make it as a seller.

The policy for selling on ebay is to have a legitimate form of collecting payments. Since your government doesn't allow Paypal, you can apply for a Payoneer account. While Payoneer states that it will only takes a few days to verify, for Sri Lankans it can be weeks or even months to get approved due to your governments draconian restrictions.

There are tens of thousands of eBay policies that they are spelled out in hundreds of eBay help pages.
No one here is going to spend a month writing them all down in order to save you from having to do your own research.
Interesting fact: I have examined the letters of "Sri Lanka" several times and to my surprise they are not an anagram for "lazy and entitled".

A key eBay policy for you to understand: The silly, random threads you start on these boards, the "helpfuls" you give and receive here, the "badges" you get for doing all that, make not a spit's worth of difference to your ability to sell on eBay.

Agreeing with the other posters... eBay is 'Every man for himself'. You must get hold of your own bootstraps here.

This OP is pretty persistent, but I'm convinced very few ever come back to read the responses. Some give the "solution" to the first or second poster, no matter what the reply is, so that must be part of the badge-earning philosophy. Pretty sure they never return to the thread after that--or possibly not even to the Community.
We're all just replying to each other. Kind of like the members who respond to those spam posts that occasionally pop up overnight. 😂

#1 ebay policy:
Do not ask ridiculous questions on the selling board.

I know. And I know that I mostly waste my time on these boards, since the majority of OPs, no matter where they're from or what their questions are, just post and poof. I probably need to see a neurologist or a psychiatrist, or possibly both. 🤕

Your posts are always so helpful. I think you should be the designated responder to all the Sri Lankan posters.
