Not sure how it would benefit, since you drop ship items from the US that many others are selling and you live in Sri Lanka. Most of us sell our own items from the actual country we live in. 

I know it can perhaps give you a different outlook on your business platform as your current feedback isn't helping you much.  You are selling items that were described as unauthentic by your customers even though you put that actual product name in your listings.  Not the best idea in my opinion.

I don't know what to do. Are those two neutral feedbacks too bad ? I have sent them the correct item. I have not done any fraud here. I have even posted all the details in the description. IDKW

Stop selling items that are questionable, especially from China.  China products are not quality in many categories and they are known to re manufacture items similar, but they are they are not the actual brand name.  Counterfeits are against eBay policy and you could find yourself being restricted/suspended if you choose to continue this type of selling. 

You've had 7 sales and have had 2 less than favorable comments concerning.  Not good in my opinion.  I would really re think what you are selling before you receive more of these comments.
